Your posts weigh more, they are in bold and everything.

Little known fact: my posts are actually elastic. They look heavier, but they bounce when threads hit bottom.

I type them with the blood of Lemurs. It's not easy to challenge myself when posting any more, I'm long past the scholastic charms of simple rhetorical flourishes.

I've been reading about neuroplasticity lately, and apparently, using obscure vocabulary helps prevent the deterioration of language learning neural pathways that deteriorate with age.

So expect more of it, I guess, unless I forget. I'm getting old, after all.

I feel your pain. I walked 8 miles the other day and was so tired afterward that I didn't have the energy to do anything but get plastered on gin and tonics. Not that I'm really complaining, I guess. Maybe this getting old thing isn't so bad after all.

Its true. I faceplanted into a sandbank after a precipitous drop on a fast left hand wave (surfing) the other day. I didn't break my nose, but judging by the crunch I heard, I wasnt far from it. Loadsa blood and snot all over the place.

After 3 beers and a glass or two o' port in the evening i was feeling fine again.

The next morning however........

Ouch!

Well, do pardon my lack of proper execution when selecting which thread I was to reply in. However, I believe you have some misconception in regard to the veracity of this act. Perhaps, one could consider that my prior behavior within the confines of this discussion thread have been counterproductive to previous implicit requests to cease and desist all further activity in order to allow for the natural course of this thread's demise.

I once personally bumped a thread in here (well, "here" being a relative term anymore) for 2 years.

Especially if each bump came with a karma nuke or some choice troll baiting.

Yoga. Seriously. I play footy every week, sometimes twice a week. Three years ago, I got a nasty ankle injury that took ages to heal. For about two years, every time I played I'd get a little niggling injury, at best, or I'd get something that would keep me out for 2/3 weeks: twisting the ankle, groin strain, bruised toe, whatever. Sometimes I'd walk down teh street, and twist my ankle. For no other reason that my ankles were not rebuilt properly. So my girlfriend convinced me to do some yoga, mostly to rebuild the ankle. And mate, I haven't had an injury since I started. It's been over a year.

Seriously it's like magic, but on drugs.
