Really? While I suppose it's possible that some thing other than being one of a handful of men pretty much directly responsible for causing a global financial collapse could have been the reason for him committing suicide, I strongly doubt it.
And that's assuming that he wasn't offed in order to prevent him from saying the wrong things in his testimony.
