Ponder killing the non contract IT staff, drive to a Barnes and Noble about 5 minutes away, briefly talk to Nexa, return in time for a 1pm meeting with a "project manager" who asks me questions like "what do you think is holding us back from meeting our projected timeline?" I haven't yet replied "the borderline incompetence of you and your entire staff, I can see why spending ten thousand a day on three people who weren't educated with a vibrator and a bowl of jello seemed like a good value proposition".

It's a close thing every day, though.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Especially not the Belgians.

So yeah, fair point.

Ew. We have to eat at lunch.

I generally read the newspaper. I don't really have a lunch break per se, just a period of time roughly oriented around midday in which I munch on a purchased pastry in between lectures. There's not a lot of time so a newspaper fills the gap perfectly.

On lunch breaks I usually spend a few minutes in the bathroom molesting myself.

By lunchtime, I've usually moved on to reading cnn.com or fmylife.com while I eat.

It felt a bit like the Notting Hill Carnival. Lots of people with cameras, lots of media, lots of tourists, and a few genuine protesters scattered amongst them.

I think we should take them to the Paris suburbs so they can learn about proper rioting.

I don't think anyone wanted to start burning cars, despite the police's best efforts. We're just not as barbaric as le uncultured French here in Bretagne.

More paperwork than should really exist in this day and age.

On "bad" days, I actually eat and then have to go back to work. On "good" days, I leave work at lunchtime, come home and play LOTRO.
