Maybe she'll bow out and then run for the Senate when the seat opens. I was a bit confused regarding why Obama picked her anyway. She doesn't sound to be exceptionally qualified or uniquely suited for the role and putting her there threw away a decent chance at picking up one of her state's senate seat.
