enjoying her new status to post (or she is still driving back home), what's your weekend looking like?

There is supposed to be a Ren faire here that we were going to go to, but the weather looks really crappy so we may not. I'm in the middle of shopping for a stupid mommy van, hoping to find and purchase one finally this weekend. I've already scoped out my skull and crossbones vanity plate, found some kick *** skull decals for the windows, and a pirate license plate cover. If I'm going down in soccer mom hell, I'm going down in style. Smiley: mad

Xaviers birthday was last weekend and we've been looking at bikes this week for him. He found one thats a decent price that he loves so we may go pick it up for him. His spring vacation is done this weekend. Thank God.

other than that, just chillaxing around.

I have no plans for the weekend, other than going to the gym. At some point I'm going to make bangers 'n mash. It's supposed to rain, so I think it's gonna be a nice, lazy, indoorsy kind of weekend. Smiley: thumbsup

Weather looks beautiful. I'll probably do something exciting like air the house out and start some preliminary spring cleaning.

Staying inside and warm, if the weather clears up I'm planting some flowers and working on the pumpkin patch. Dishes, laundry, gaming. Have a movie date Sunday.

I'll be healing up from my playoff game last night (we won, 8-1). The final is on Tuesday.

Saturday, yard work as much as possible in the morning: it's supposed to be a nice day tomorrow. Farmer's market, lunch with a friend, then cleaning the car, going to Goodwill to look for books, then off to a birthday party for one of Hannah's preschool friends in the late afternoon. Dinner at home, cleaning, etc.

Sunday: I'm not entirely sure yet, depends on the weather. Definitely all aspects of laundry, but I'm hoping for some yard work as well. We may also go to the pool for a swim if we can't get outside due to the weather. Sprinkled throughout the weekend will be talking to Smash, reading, research, and some volunteer work in support of the upcoming Maine equal marriage bill. Volunteering after work on Monday for EqualityMaine.

I think i'm gonna hook a blow dryer to an extension cord and try and melt the snow from my flower beds. We still have a serious amount of snow in my yard. It's getting a little frustrating cuz it seems that most everywhere else around us it's mostly melted away.

Going out to dinner tonight to celebrate the hubby's b-day. Sunday I'm meeting my sis-in-law in town where we'll do much of our easter grocery shopping (meal at my house this year) and have lunch somewhere.

My latest gaming obsession is Warhammer. I'll likely stay up far too late at least one of the weekend nights playing. Woohoo, wild and crazy stuff there.

Looking at more houses, still waiting for anything to happen on other house. I got the last piece I needed for my front Bow Stabilizer setup, so iI'm going to take it over to the lanes and try it out.

Birthday weekend. The girl found a way to get me 10 additional tickets to the Rapids (soccer) home opener this weekend so I could bring the crew to the game. Hopefully the weather continues to improve so we can tailgate before the game.

Good luck with the house hunt. I'm sure you will find a far better home Smiley: smile

I plan to run 10 miles over the weekend, clean house and do a little work. I'm beginning to like this spring Smiley: smile
