My son bought this crap hook line and sinker. He's bright despite appearances, on a full scholarship studying computer engineering, but naive. I've been trying to figure out how to respond in a way that might actually reach him. I'm at a loss.
I did find articles like "No Virginia, Abortion is not Genocide": http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1374/is_4_60/ai_63257723.
It might be worth simply presenting the counterarguments, but I don't want to come on so strong that he just tunes me out.
The anti-abortion groups like to say they don't want to prosecute women for murder, which just shows they don't take their own propaganda seriously.
I've considered starting by asking him what the solution is, if one wants to stop abortions, maybe get him to find the internal contradiction when he doesn't say ... "jail for women who get abortions"

11 million people died in the Holocaust.
50 million people die yearly all over the world to abortion.
It is clear that abortion is the worst genocide in human history. Do you want the blood on your hands? Do you want to approach the judgment seat of God with the blood of millions and millions of babies on your hands? The great prolife leader, Henry Hyde, said that he always thought that we'd be alone ... just us and God ... at the final judgment. But he said that those of us in the prolife movement would not be alone. That at our judgment, a chorus of beautiful voices never heard in our world would say to God on our behalf, "Spare them, for they loved us!"
Jesus said that what we do the least of His people, we do to Him. Who is the least if not those of whom our government and governments across the world permit the murder.
So I reiterate: Do you want the blood of millions per year on your hand? I certainly don't.
