Tonight: hanging out with a friend, playing some cards in preparation for tomorrow, and hitting the gym.

Saturday: Magic tournament. Probably the last major tourney I'll go to for a month or two.

Sunday: More gym thyme, then packing away the cards I won't need again for a year.

Today Haircut, picking up a Star Wars cake, and probably taking the kids to the park so they can run around and pass out by dinner time.

Tomorrow is Xaviers 7th birthday. I feel really old when I say that out loud. (gulp) We're having his birthday party tomorrow afternoon at our gym, and it's going to be an indoor pool party. 7-10 kids, ages 6+7.

Sunday I might start vehicle shopping. I fully realized there is no way in hell I will be able to fit 2 car seats and a booster seat in the back of my Matrix after driving 4 hours to Asheville last weekend.

Not too much on this end. I got my new compound bow (well, new to me) so I plan on going and killing more than a few paper targets. I still think I prefer the recurve a little bit, but the price was right on the compound so I can't complain too much.

No real movement on the house situation.

Gonna try and get a spring Equinox game of paintball going tomorrow. If it's too cold though it'll be a wash (cold paintballs hurt and don't break very well).

Spring cleaning. Umm, gotta shop for the hubbies b-day gift.

Happy Birthday Wolfjorg. /cheers

Supposed to be in the high 50's tomorrow so I suppose this would be a good weekend to start stripping the sod in the soon-to-be garden.

Sleep, sleep, house work, gaming, possibly getting fired ( boss called and left a message saying "we need to talk").

I know! It's one of those I stuck my foot in my mouth by piping up when the bosses were here about that I could take over parts of her job if she couldn't do it so I think that has caused a rift and then she is supposed to have a dedicated fax line but she doesn't so half the time she gets the faxes that are sent and half the time she doesn't. She swears up and down she didn't get a fax 2 days ago, I know I faxed it, even checked today and I didn't get a failure notice so it had to have gone through. Also the whole, I agreed to have my schedule open until noon every day even if I'm not getting paid for those hours and then she found that I had scheduled a dr's appt during that time so she was upset.

Tonight I'm saying goodbye to one fo my bestest friend, who's moving to France to become a teacher. It'll be sad, but it'll give me a good excuse to go to bordeaux once in a while.

Tomorrow I'm playing football and sleeping lots.

Sunday my girlfriend is coming back from norway so I have to tidy the flat. It currently looks like an elephant on speed was let loose inside it.

In other news, I've booked my trip to Israel. I'll be going there for a long week, at the end of June, with a couple of days in the West Bank as well.

I'll do my best not to. We know someone that works in the West Bank, so we should be ok there. And Israel is pretty safe, so unless an intifada pops up while we're there, we should be ok.

************* tonight, along with watching An Inconvenient Truth for an English project, and probably some Calculus in there somewhere. Lots of cleaning this weekend, we'll probably open the house up for the nice weather and let it air out. Expecting 70's this weekend which is crazy for this time of year.

Checking out McCalls pattern 4997 for entry in Single pattern Contest for Costume Con 27. Bit late to be starting a costume for the Con, but I figure why not? I'm going and may as well make something before the Con if I have the time. So waiting for call back from daughter about going to Jo-Ann's and looking at pattern instructions. She has a copy, but my bust is the next size up (14) so I have to tailor it for my slender waist and hips (10 or 12 depending on IBS)

I'm also knitting a sweater for one of my dolls. It was the last one I was given as a child for Christmas and she's been left undress for too long.

I'm trying to keep busy so not to dwell on the fact that Jonwin's younger brother is on life support and Jonwin is planning to go down to GA. and give support to his nephew, when they pull the plug. Last month has been hard on us both, as his brother called and let us both know his health had gotten worst.

As I'm still dealing with grief process over my father, the emotions around here are very raw. Hugs and tears between attempts not to think about the reality of death hanging over us.

Tonight, nothing much. The wife is going out to dinner with friends and (step) daughter is going to her dads for the weekend so that leaves me with Connor tonight. Will probably finish up ”Wanted” and start on "Traitor". Finished up "Pride and Glory" last night.

Saturday – Post Dental Deep Cleaning appointment to see if I have been flossing like I should be. I have but not as much as the dentist wants. Sign some documents that came in from the title company yesterday.

Sunday – Birthday party for a friends kid, pick up the (step) daughter from her dads, lounge around the house, play some video games, make dinner, go to sleep. Beer will be consumed somewhere in that time frame.

Tonight: Watching Drillbit Taylor on DVD with Ray and the kids. Can anyone give me a bullet review on this movie?

Tomorrow: Paralegal association networking thing in the morning. Pro bono event during the day, helping cops and firemen get their wills, trusts and powers of attorney done and notarized. Then Ray and I are having dinner with one of my cousins and her fiance. Hopefully, we might be able to fit in a couple of hours of housework in there somewhere.

Sunday: Church with the fam, as usual. Then more housework and yardwork.

Well I wasn't planning on it, since I've seen the subject over and over on this forum Smiley: smile

However, I've encountered interesting evidence for both sides of the argument as a result of our research, I'm interested to see if this documentary addresses any of it.
