As some of you know, I will be selling this house very soon and getting a bigger, better one. It seems like all of this has been going very fast, and there is not a lot done here. We have to repeint the whole house and replace flooring, corking, etc.
MrCherubs will be here in a couple of hours with the brand new wooden floor and it will hang out for a few days to get the room temp/humidity levels, then it will be installed. I'm so nervous. It's ridiculous. I've always been very sensible to stress and now my stomach is bubbling and I'm pacing around the house breathing deeply. Its a fun stress but I just cope badly with it when I'm playing the waiting game. I'd much rather be working on the house but I need more supplies. My belly hurts. Ah!

Edit: lol, I meant to post that in the OOT, but stress will do that to you!

You mean don't let the previous owners and inspector flood it.

Both would be very, very bad!

We are waiting to have this one sold before we start looking, and we are basically putting money in it to flip it for a nice sum. We need the profit to afford what we want so yeah better not ***** this over! I'm nervous about the kids scratching the floor/ paint/ and the new parts of the house before we sell it. Its going to be something with a 4 and 1 yo full time. And a husky/lab mix. His claws are due to be cut he would ruin a soft wooden floor quickly just running around.

So if you sell your house before you buy a new house... where will you live?

Well, we are giving a 3 month occupation period ideally. We already have a few houses we want to visit ASAP and we check everyday what enters the market to be ready. At worse we can rent an hotel for a week or go to our parent's place a few days. They have room.
