I know, right? I mean the "Weather Channel"?? Whatever next? You can do the weather in 5 minutes after the news, what's the point of a whole bloody 24 hour channel dedicated purely to the weather? Are the windows so tainted that you can't see through them? Is it really that hard to think "November, London, it'll be light drizzle and slightly chilly"? How much more is there to say about the weather? And it's not like other people's weather is interesting either. "Oh, it's 34C degree in Rio, I hope those Brazillians make the most of it!".

Seriously.

Hannah understands that the moon circles the Earth, which is where we live. She also understands, roughly, that the Earth circles the sun. However, when the moon is full, there is nothing I can do to convince her that it's not, in fact, "that other planet where the robots live."

I shouldn't have let her watch Wall-E.

Well, technically there are a couple of functioning robot landers on the moon still, so technically she is correct, except for the whole "planet" part. But robots do live there!

At least your state is only being attacked by a giant floating blue H. It looks like someone peed on most of the midwestern region.

Even that is probably crediting him with more innocence than he's due. He's always telling me she's too smart for her own good and that I have to start "teaching her wrong." He likely flat out told her that the moon was another planet where robots live.

That's why it's all grey, and people don't go there anymore.
