I'm not sure how valuable a bubonic plague weapon would be, anyway. The disease responds to antibiotics and we know considerably more about treating it than they did back in 1350.
Edit: Interesting writing... heheIt's the kind of disease that kills within hours and takes a week to show symptoms. I guess that symptom is the advanced decay of your week-old corpse.

It has 0 credibility amongst any journalists, even amongst those working there, or amongst people with an IQ over 15. It helps to foster a climate of fear, hatred, suspicion, xenophobia and division amongst society. And it's owned by Rupert Murdoch.
