He made the Mariana Trench a national monument today so now we can't dump all of our nuclear waste in there like some folks say we should.

See? I can ***** about anything.

As an aside, it never occured to me that the Mariana Trench was by the Northern Marianas Islands. I mean, it's obvious when you think about it but I never stopped to think about it. And what's up with Bush and setting aside vast tracts of sea water? How about some of that love for the terrestrial critters running around God's own nation Smiley: mad

With any luck he'll retire to the bottom of it.

Once he's finished handing out gongs to Bliar and other yes-men. Harrumph

After he's out of office, he's going to set up New Sealand in one of them. He just wants to make sure someone else doesn't get there first.

Let's hope that some massive sea monster doesn't live at the bottom of the trench; when it finally awakens and begins to attack Japan coastal cities the U.S. Military won't be able to fight back. (You know they are gonna anyway)

He asked his oil buddies for a list of places they were least likely to drill, clearly.

Even if they could they will get in trouble anyway by some animal lovers or whatever wanting to protect the endangered horrible destructive sea monster from the government.

He likes to fish.
