It is a little misleading though, since it's not
just horse feet really horse feet at all, since here in America we don't eat horses all that much, we just make glue out of them. It's just Gelatin, which is made from boiling bones, skin, cartilage, etc.
It's the stuff that solidifies on the top of your grandmother's ham and bean soup! Or what makes her Holiday meal gravy turn solid once everyone's done eating.
