Well, I'm off to Argentina for three weeks, leaving tomorrow, and won't be able to post very much, so I just thought I would take this opportunity to with you all ******* a very merry Christmas and a happy new-year!!

I actually think that the Malvinas should be given back to Argentina, so I won't have a problem there. It's in the UK that I try not to mention it.



I'm going with my girlfriend. Her sister has been living there for a year, so she'll know all the cool places to hang out in Buenos Aires. And then we're travelling a bit, going to a national park on the border with Chile, and south to northern Patagonia to see a wildlife reserve with lots of dolphins and sea lions and whales and whatnots.

As a funny aside, my brother bought me 2 nights in a hotel in Buenos Aires for Christmas. Cool present, but he did it using one of those websites that list all the different hotels in a city. Which is fine, except that the one he chose, without visiting their home page, was: The Axel Hotel. Which is, if you're too busy to click on the link, an official "gay" hotel. Now, they say they are "heterofriendly", whatever that means, but still. It'll be an, erm, interesting experience, I suppose.
