Yes, I'm older. A full half century of life with all it's up, downs and strange gyrations.

My only regret so far, is that I haven't been able to track down the evil person who curse me with an interesting life. They owe me big time and if I ever find them, I will make them pay in full with interest.

In the meantime I'm going to just enjoy what boring days I can get. Don't expect too many with my dad's estate going into probate. Lawyer who was to handle it, retired and his partner is only taking pro bono cases at moment, so we agree to let my oldest handle the paperwork. As my parents would say, "fun, fun."

Happy birthday darlin', sorry it has to be such a bittersweet occasion but I hope you good food, good friends, and many more strange gyrations.

ETA: No, they're not grammatical errors, it's Elne-speak.

My dad laid that one on me several years ago. Yeah, great sense of humor.

Congrats! You get Levitate now?

Thanks DSD and Nexa Smiley: smile

Well with list of current invite and events, I'm assure of lots of good food. I went with daughter and her boyfriend last night to meet the writer of a book on Norse Runes. She went in to what little is know base on the historical record and some interesting tales on when she got a Raven familiar and then Odin as her guide.

I would love to go to the next ritual they have plan in the area, since the Seer at the last one I went was a wonderful singer. Plus going into the underworld with her, so she can get answers from the dead, isn't something one would think of doing everyday.

Well it's not everyday a Girl get to visit HelSmiley: grin

We went down by the roots of the World Tree, only to the Gate though. We had to stand outside and wait, while the Seer talked to Hel and the ancestors that were willing to speak to her for us.
