Soooooooo cute!!

Anyway, I see your pigmy hippo, and raise you a puppy white tiger.

If that's enough, what about a full grown hippo breaking a chair?

I used to have a supervisor named Monifa.

Nice lady. Amazing voice. The kind of low sexy voice that has a future in TV commercials.

I wonder where she is today? Last I heard she was working for the USDA in PR.

Maybe she was cursed and turned into an adorable hippo?

Yeah, but the tigers will get HUGE. This isn't just a baby hippo, it's a baby PYGMY hippo.

I guess Hippo and pygmy pot bellied pig DNA *does* splice. Next, a monkey with five asses.

That pygmy hippo baby was on the evening news here. Sooooooooooooooooo adorable. At one point it was munching on the zoo-keeper's radio tucked behind her waist-band.

I'm a big fan of Tamarin monkeys, both the Golden Lion variety, and the Cotton-top variety. The adults are no larger than the size of an adult male human hand. Most videos don't convey how tiny they are, and thus how amazingly cute.

This youtube link shows twin Golden Lion Tamarin mokey babies. They would be no larger than a human man's finger... as long as it was a fluffy finger.

Linky: watch full vid for the cuteness.

To give you an idea of size, there's a tamarin monkey sitting on this man's shoulder right from the start of this 30s video. Look hard to his right, otherwise you'll miss it! http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=swsSGFN55xs&feature=related

And this is an adult Cotton-top tamarin here: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=FZ2PZ0oBXSA&feature=related

I so want genetically modified jungle animals. Same as real ones, just 1/3 of the size. So you can have an elephant the size of a cat, or a giraffe, or a rihno... Or a hippo, which you can put in your bathtub, or jacuzzi if its his birthday.

Even a pygmy hippo ends up being around 6 feet long and 600 pounds. I could ride him around the yard!

You might need a swimming pool, too.

Or you could always take him to Aqualand on the week-ends, I guess.

Probably the smuck who had to follow it around with a shovel and a wheelbarrel.

Wow, that's an interesting article, it seems like Coolidge had his own personal zoo at the White House.

That reminds me of one of those nature shows where they talk about how animals tend to shrink in size on islands b/c of breeding and available resources--about how they used to have more of these and they were much much smaller, like the size of a dog or some such thing:

So crazy evil people all this time have really been worshiping Abigail Adams' dog? Huh. That makes an ironicly amusing amount of sense actually.

Yeah, "The Church of Abigail Adams' Dog" didn't have quite the same ring.

You've seen that movie too? I'm sorry for your lots. Smiley: frown

Myself, I thought, "that's where they got the FFxi goblin faces from!"
