That sillyness that was a history making election has left me unable to sleep in my timezone. I've tried reading and watching TV but all that is on is talk of Obama. I've tried doing some work and nothing has slowed down this restless head. I would be tempted to try some Smiley: chug but then I am not an alchoholic. What to do?

Nah.

Everybody luvs Nobby because they all live vicariously through me.

My arrogance is exceeded only by my modesty

I think you're doing it wrong.

Imagine Nobby's sexy SAW voice and THEN rub one out.

Insomnia is a symptom[1] of a sleeping disorder characterized by persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep despite the opportunity. It is typically followed by functional impairment while awake. Insomniacs have been known to complain about being unable to close their eyes or "rest their mind" for more than a few minutes at a time. Both organic and non-organic insomnia constitute a sleep disorder.[2][3]

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in year 2007, approximately 64 million Americans suffer from insomnia on a regular basis each year.[4] Insomnia occurs 1.4 times more commonly in women than in men.[5]

Misery likes company. If I stay up much longer I'll have some insomniac Americans to share my pain.

Anyone fancy starting an "Insomniathon"?

Possibly, only if I had insomnia.

I pity you, its a world of joy where you get to watch terrible rubbish like celebrity scissorhands, watching people that Gbaji would not let marry mince about with terrible glasses and lip gloss. I'm in the prime of my life, I swear.

Um...how much do you think it takes to drink to become an alcoholic?

Here's a hint: it takes longer than one night.
