In my county, a woman was arrested after she attacked people waiting in line with Obama buttons on. She was also screaming how she would kill him. Various witnesses can attest to her attack and words. I don't know what the penalty for such behavior is, but it isn't light.
I don't care for people like that; the Republican party can have them, by all means.

In my State it is against the law to have any campaign related material near the poll sites. No clothing, no pins, no signs, no pamplets, no anything. More than likely for this exact reason.
They wouldn't even let a guy wear a "Vote for Pedro" pin from Napoleon Dynamite.
