Had McCain conducted himself throughout his campaign with the same kind of dignity and decorum that he displayed in his concession speech, this election would have been much closer

Yea, far be it for a Presidential Candidates associations to be brought up. God forbid. Absurd.

gbaji,

really, your as bad as the riley factor on fox news. oh no, im afraid. socialism. the country turning into san deigo. oh my, its all comeing to an end. the evil socialists are taking over. they landered our good name. they stole our country with tricks.

just like my wife who thinks everything she hears on 610 radio is gosphel.

obama didnt do this. slander didnt do this. tricks didnt do this. calling mccain names didnt do this.

the repubs did this to themselves. with a majority in the house, senate, and executive branch for 6 years, what happened to this country is the TRUE republican agenda. they dont give a crap about abortion, gay marriage, the national debt, your earnings, or socialists agendas.

they care about money. more spacifically, their money. period.

and the mess this country is in is from 6 years of profit taking and greed. our mess right now with russia? a direct result of walking away from our arms treatie. about national security? nope, its about a few billion dollars in contracts to raetheon and a few other defense contractors.

the repubs did this to themselves. and enough REPUBICANS have realized this and turned on them. Obama could not have done what he did without republican support. republicans are sick of the republicans. thats how bad this addministraition performed.

you did this to yourselves. and the MAJORITY of the country will no longer buy the box of fear because they KNOW what the repubs want is......worse.

Apparently "McCain can't use e-mail" is just as nasty as "Obama wants to teach your five year old how to fuck".

Who knew?

They called Obama the Manchurian candidate. Of course, McCain didn't step back and realize that the republican establishment had called him that back in 2000 when Dubya was their only begotten son. It bothered me b/c that ugliness was so out of character for McCain--the whole terrorist accusations and saying he isn't American, etc. etc. Politics is an ugly business.

I truly hope McCain goes back to the guy he used to be now that this is all over. He was one of the better Republicans.

What's good about this situation is that the Democrats control Congress. I don't mean good as in "yay my side owns"; I mean good as in now we can really see how well the Democrats will or won't do with this power.

If they fail miserably like the Republicans did, then liberals can't say much about it; you had your chance and didn't do any better. But, conversely, if their policies actually do make America better/stronger domestically and abroad, then that is a huge boost to the stature of the party, and will leave the Republicans with very little to say as well.

So, it could be very good or very bad for the Democrats; whatever happens to America over the course of the coming years will be 'blamed' on them.

"Any better" than what? If Obama doesn't preside over the greatest job loss in history coupled with the largest financial collapse in a 70 years while allowing hundreds of Americans to avoidably die in a natural disaster, thousands to die in a terrorist attack, a massive decline in the middle class, while invading countries that are no threat to our interests, and cutting taxes on the wealthiest Americans, is that a win?

Because really if "doing better" than the last eight years is the standard, he'd win by jerking off onto a midget every day on national television. I'm hoping for a little more.

Why do you hate Rahm so much? Or were you thinking Bob Reich might come back?
