When I used to work for Social Security Admin. I had a co worker who kept a lis of the names she found interesting.

The women my wife works with (she's a nurse) have kept a running list of... umm, surprising names. Included are:
-twins named Surlean and Surloin
-a little girl names Placenta ("it sounds so pretty" said the mother)
-another little girl named AsShole (prounounced Ash-sholay)
-yet another little girl named Female (prounounced Fuh-moll-ay). The mother very kindly thanked the nurses for naming her baby since she was still unconcscious from the anesthesia. She woke and found "Female" and her last name on the baby's wrist band.
That's all that come to mind just now, if I remember (and care enough to do so), I'll try to get the entire list and post it.
