I'm guessing you haven't tried to access "Adult" content on You-tube before. All they do to set it up is get you to put in your name, maybe an e-mail address, and most importantly, they ask for your birth date. After you've done that, any time you want to watch you-tube clips featuring nudity or sex, you just press the "Confirm Birth Date" button and it instantly lets you straight in.

Well, that's assuming you've entered a birth-date that puts you at over 18 years of age. Erm... maybe 21 years of age if it's an American site.
