Not all, only some. Halifax doesn't really do gang banging wannabe thugs. More organized crime around here. I believe Montreal is the same. Vancouver has the Triad wannabes. Calgary and Edmonton have wannabe thugs. Not sure what the deal is in Toronto. I'd wager wannabes though.

One group in one section of the country isn't really deep reaching. You may have also noted their wanning power.
