Explain she only gets 12 hours of awake time and she'll need to go to bed at 4:30pm

3. My tooth hurts.
My mom used to give me a medicine for that. I think it was called gin.

Piece of electrical tape on the display panel will fix that right up.

Sorry about your grandma. Everything else is fixable or replaceable, though I doubt you'll want to replace Mia just yet.

I have a sick 2 year old and 10 month at home. I only thought I knew what lack of sleep was. Now I know.

I'm in meetings for most of today, tomorrow and Thursday.

I also think I'm catching a cold.

It's going to be a looong work week.

My dad has been a car mechanic all his life (yes, even as a baby, bite me). When any of the check engine lights came on, he used to take a drill and poke the light out. Problem solved.

My condolences and sympathies for you Tare on the loss of your grandmother.

I guess this week is just catching up with everyone then.

Ray's car is on the fritz and my house has become chaotic again. Charmaine was sick and we had to pass on 2 gigs so she's not too happy. The boys are suffering their teenage angst and the oldest one is bucking for his driver's permit.

I was sick last week, but over it now.

Feel better guys!

I don't know who Mia is, but I assume your baby woke you up really early XD.

Maybe the rest of your body just feels really good this week, and your tooth feels normal.

Check the seal on the gas cap. A leak can cause the CEL to come on. Most common causes for a CEL are problems with the emissions system such as the catalytic converter, hose leaks, or old Oxygen sensors. Hopefully your gas cap is just loose.

GOod luck and feel better.

Our week is looking to be pretty bad too. We're night-weaning, which was okay for the first couple days, but now the resistance is beginning. Last night, despite tearing the house apart, I couldn't find the stainless steel water bottle/sippy cup, which is the thing Tristan has inexplicably decided to bond with as a comfort object and the best thing we have found for helping him soothe himself back to sleep when he wakes up and wants to nurse (he doesn't drink from it, just clutches it and gets quiet and gradually goes back to sleep.)

Plus, Tristan has a cold which means he's not sleeping well because he can't breathe. So he napped for only five minutes on Sunday and didn't sleep well the past two nights. I got an hour and a half of sleep Sunday night and about three hours last night.

Kill me now.

My condolences on the loss of your grandmother.

I hate jumping on bandwagons here but Xavier was really sick last week, missed 3 days of school sore throat, fever, blah blah blah. Ashe has been doing fine until his nap time today when he started sobbing uncontrollably. Even in my arms he just broke down and couldnt stop bawling. Then I noticed he was literally forcing himself to swallow and then the sobbing started anew. he has a very sore throat. Fuck. I was able to get him to pass out in my bed clutching my arm so hard I had mini fingernail prints for about 30 minutes after. But the count down begins now. I have at least 4 days of hell ahead of me wheeee!

How's your week going?

Minus #1 and it's looking strikingly similar to my week. I just had to drive to Philly, then the Jersey shore and back today with a shot transmission.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother, Tare. I'm threatening Jr. with a flu shot unless he washes his hands and takes his vitamins. Last year he went all fall-winter-spring without a cold.

So far at work four of my staffers have a sore throat. If all of them go down at once, I'm gonna be one cranky ****.

Sorry to hear that. Was it the killer Haggis? Also, are you related to the McCloud clan at all? (There can be only 1!)

Tell Mia that is silly, and 4:30 frankly doesn't exist! If that doesn't work, tell her thats when the spiders are out in force...

My tooth hurts too. I think I got a pommegranite seed wedged in it.

Car probably just needs a new $2 pcv valve. That or a new transmission.
