I'm actually going to vote this yearFollow

Anyone voting for Bob Barr? http://www.bobbarr2008.com/issues/
You can call it throwing away my vote, but I just can't stomach voting for either McCain or Obama. It's like voting for getting raped in the front or the back.

I've voted third party in past elections. This year I'll be voting Democrat. I've got a few concerns about Obama, but nothing like those I had with Gore or Clinton. Besides, the Green party is looking pretty sad.

A look a third party candidates.

I have just as much concern about Obama as i did with Clinton, Kerry, but not as much as Al Gore. I don't think Obama is a terrorist, but given the people he has worked with like Ayers, ACORN, and the fact that he was a lawyer, I think he would have a pretty radical agenda as far as education and welfare type programs. He is going to follow his party's agenda, as well, make no mistake about it. And the Democrats have typically been big advocates of spending other people's money. I'm not against helping people, I know there are people out there who could really use help and will not take advantage of it, I just don't think the government should have the power to force those "with" to take care of those "without." I also don't think the government should get involved in the health care industry. All the bad parts of our current system stem from government interference.
There is not much of a choice with McCain. He parts with republicans in the areas I think he should agree, and goes along with all the shady stuff. Plus, I haven't liked the word Maverick since I saw the ****-erotic film Top Gun (an hour and a half of guys with no shirts who like to fly.) Not to mention, McCain sounds a lot like the old man from Family Guy who whistles when he says his "S"'s.
I wish everyone would just vote for a third party candidate and send washington a real message. Obama is right about change in government, he's just not the guy that will do it.

You haven't known many lawyers, have you? They're by and large the most conservative group you'll ever hope never to run into.

Wow, some of these third-party candidates of yours are insane...There's actually a "Prohibition Party"...the Pres. Nominee is a priest FFS.

I got a kick out of reading about the Constitution party though.

Hilarious.

I'm sorry. I simply don't get people who are conservatives by nature, but throw their votes away on a third party because the Republican candidate isn't conservative enough. Is he less conservative than the Democrat candidate? Cause that's who you're basically voting for when you do that...

Well, there has yet to be a correlation made between conservatism and demonstrable intelligence.

I haven't heard Barack mention any cuts in spending. Actually, if you look at his website under his economic plan, he talks only about what he would spend more money on. Doesn't give details his budget plan or anything, only what he would spend more money on. It's all pretty vague as far as amounts and actual numbers.

I got it, Samira. And though puns are the lowest form of humor, I still found it quite witty.

Good show.

That's retarded. Until enough people actually vote for a 3rd party, you're always going to have your failure of a 2 party system, where there can be no middle of the road and everything has to be left or right. America is in desperate need of a 3rd party, one that finds itself fiscally responsible (as the Republicans are supposed to be), yet socially accepting/responsible(as the Democrats are supposed to be).

Yes, I caught the pun. I didn't think it was clever enough to suck you off, but red and belk seemed to lick (like) it......

I also don't spot sarcasm, either. Thanks for the compliment about my intellect. I think you're smart, too.
