Then they'll grudgingly acknowledge that okay, that guy might have been not entirely godawful. But deep down inside they'll still hate him.
So what it comes down to, is that I don't really care.

I'm rooting for either the Red Sox or the Rays. I'm from MA and live in Central Florida, so I'm a little divided; but I think I'd rather have the Red Sox win again, as I have more friends up north than down here so far :)

Not really. It's L.A. (or near enough), we don't get worked up like that*. Either you like the sport or you don't, either you like the the team or you don't. Incidently, that is where you get the idea we don't care about the game. Your typical Dodgers fan goes to the games and watches them on T.V., but doesn't get all rabid about it.

I went and saw these guys tonight instead of watching the sox Get their asses handed to them.

Baseball, like most professional/entertainment type sports, is about the intricacies, the players and the possibilities. If you don't follow it, yeah, it's dull. Any sport is, but, baseball no more so than any other. I'm still really cloudy on why you though posting here necessary.

Some people find MMORPGs/Forum posting/Discussing politics extremely boring and inane as well.
