Tonight I am babysittin' for DSD (get on wich yer bad self!). Tomorrow, I think we'll go swimming and hang out. Nothing too crazy. Sunday we have dinner at a new "friend's" place. A very nice couple, but very straightlaced (and baptist). Not sure if this friendship will last, but hey, dinner with religious people can't hurt, can it?

/looks for the flasks

Heading down the Rooville this afternoon with Hannah...tomorrow it's the MOS, not sure about the rest of the weekend. I have Monday and Tuesday off, so we'll find some fun things to do.

I always view having dinner with heavily religious folk akin to one of those free prizes you win and your only obligation is to listen to an hour long sales pitch for a time share or the like. Good luck with that.

I have a buddy from high school coming into Denver for the weekend that I'm supposed to hook up with. I haven't seen him in 2 or 3 years. We're supposed to meet up with a 3rd buddy that I haven't seen in 4 or 5 years. It should be interesting, the last time I hung out with these two we almost ended up in jail.

I'm doing the usual yoga & footy, and some warhammer in between.

Saturday I'm going to have to do some bloody motherfreaking work, because we have a big corporate-fundraising-event-pain-in-the-********** for our think-tank. So I have to know all the names and business area of the suckers we're trying to get money from. I hate networking and I hate having to sell stuff, so I won't enjoy it, but still, I need to do an ok job on the night, so blah.

Sunday we're going for a walk in Kew Gardens, which should be lovely with the changing leaves, and stuff. At least that's what the gf says, we shall see.

I've decided I need to finish a book, so I am going to barricade myself in my appartment with my new speach recognition thingy software, snacks, and see how far I get. The typeing for me is always the bottlekneck, so the voice recognition seems to be the way to go. It works, I need to tune it a bit more, but I think this will be a good plan.

If that doesn't work i'll fold paper airplanes all weekend instead.

While Tare plays Wii with Zavi, the Mr and I are heading out for dinner at the Melting Pot, all fondue, for our anniversary. Tomorrow we have a big birthday party to attend for one of Ashes friends, and then any free time I have during the days or into the wee hours of the morning, I will be working on our guild hall in EQ2. I need to get that done so I stop losing track of time and go to bed at a decent hour. 1:30am is too late for me

Going to a charity auction on Sunday. Mostly just hangin' out doin' laundry and playin' games aside from that.

Although I am a little bit tempted to go on a geology walk in the city Sunday morning, so I'll see what time I wake up and how I feel about rocks at that point.

Looks like I'll be taking care of a sick toddler this weekend, who spiked a 102 fever and started throwing up last evening. I swear, the kid got sick on purpose because he knew we were gonna start to night wean this weekend. Now thats on hold since I'm not going to do something that stressful to him while he's sick.

ETA: I'm a bad wife. I was so distracted by the kid being sick I forgot that today is our wedding anniversary. Somehow I suspect with the sick kid and all, there won't be any anniversary sexin' this weekend either.

JMU vs. Richmond on Saturday, 12:00pm. Go dukes!

On Sunday I will attempt to replace broken thermocouple for the gas log set in our family room. Later that day I will assist the fire department with picking up debris from the farmyards around where our house used to be.

Today is Ray's birthday so we're going to dinner for a birthday date of just me and him. Then watching Iron Man on DVD afterwards. I've been sick so he doesn't get any sex for once as one of his presents. Bought him Brothers In Arms for the PS3.

Tomorrow, watching 3 of my cousins perform at a luau. Lunch with a friend from San Francisco hopefully.

Sunday, church and possibly finishing up the rest of the house stuff (our bedroom still needs to be put to sorts and the garage re-arranged for our workout equipment). Maybe some yardwork, or at least pulling up all the weeds that have sprouted.
