Did Biden get a facelift at some point in the fairly recent past? He gets those Chinese eyes when he smiles and they crinkle in a weird way. Not to mention for a 72 year old, he somehow managed to avoid getting any wrinkles in the previous seven decades.

The debate was not kind to him during the close-ups.

I dunno. He looks handsome enough from a ways away, but when the camera zoomed in and showed him in an expression other than a neutral one, the skin around his eyes went all crazy and zipped back towards his ears. As one gets older the skin is supposed to get slacker, not tighter.

I just read that he was using costume tape to pull his skin back on camera and that he has had hair plugs put in around his forehead, along with major teeth work. I suspect he was worried if he went a la natureaul he'd look grossly ancient against her relative youth and beauty, so he was taking out some visual insurance against HD television. I hope he fired his spackle/pancake handler because that was terrible.

I kept waiting for the close-up when he smiled so I'd see his skin stretch waaaaay back. It was quite distracting in that it deflected attention from what he was saying.

Oh, complain, complain, complain...

If he had the rotted out stumps of former teeth in his mouth, you'd all be up in arms! This isn't Britain, no no! THIS is the land of giant, uber white smiles.

Americaaaaa! Americaaaaaa!

Yeah, his right eye was kinda funky - stitched up unevenly. Something I'd not ever noticed before. Can't really blame him for buffing up his appearances - just fighting fire with fire.

This VP battle is apparently based on charisma, colloquialisms and winkablility.

I bet Condi is jealous.

Whose complaining?!?! I think stark white teeth on old men is perfectly natural. My grandpa used Efferdent on his dentures and achieved a perfectly white, brite smile. Heck, there should have been a little advertisement for that product on his podium...

He's 65 but yeah, I'd say he's got some familiarity with Botox.

Oh, also, I wonder which is more vain anyway, getting an alleged facelift or cheating on your wife because she was too ugly after a car accident?

I get what you're driving at, Dame, but somehow tying another person's disfigurement into McCain's vanity is a stretch. For example: Even though you have the face of a festering venereal boil on the microscopic d1ck of a leporous tapeworm lovingly imbedded in the a$$ of Richard Simmons and I am scads smarter, funnier, more handsome, wealthier, and infinitely more popular with the ladies than you could ever possibly hope to be, that doesn't mean I'm vain. It's just the truth.

To this end Shakespeare's misquoted line, "Vanity, thy name is woman," aptly describes you, Dame, what with your pu55ified ways and all. Rather, it is sheer vanity to compared yourself to the glory that is me. But carry on with ratedowns and your puny weak sistered insults. I am in-veen-cible!

Sort of. Vanity is assuming that because a person is impoverished, disfigured, and poorly endowed, they are somehow intrinsically inferior to you, because your traits of a smooth face, good hair, and a deeply attractive bank account are the virtues that constitute a good man. Vanity is a categorisation error. You're putting the wrong things into categories of importance.

No, I'm not. I am empiracally the most important person in this universe and Dame is a limp-d1cked, man chowder connoisseur. How could I possibly miscatagorize that?

When I said "you" I wasn't speaking of you specifically. I was using it in the hypothetical sense.

Also:

Quote:
empiracally

Quote:
miscatagorize

he has better spelling than you.

I wasn't being hypothetical then.

I am hopped up on caffiene right now and typing three or four times faster than I normally would, thus incuring a larger number of typos in my posts. This is the typical Totem-letdown from a working a week of nights and forcing my body to adjust its circadean rythym to a normal 9-5 schedule.

If speed were legal my eyes would be bloodshot and I'd be compulsively whispering to my 12 guage shotgun crouched behind my front door waiting for the mailman who has been planting listening devices in all my bills. Then we'd see who's laughing now.

HeheheheheheheheheheheHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Ho-ho, c'mere, you crafty little mailma-heheheh-an. Unca' Totem has a little return-to-sender surprise for yoooooooooou, ho-ho-ho.

/eyes roll around in their sockets
