Supporting is not the same as repeating.

Write that on the blackboard 500 times, then give a cite.

Obama has never held a job outside of academia. What in the world makes you people think he can relate to avg citizens?

But h*ll as long as he promises class warfare against those who create jobs he's alright in the Dems book.

Smiley: confused

You're on some sort of medication, its the only explanation for the lack of attention span you exhibit.

Ash,

omg I didn't want to talk about how I don't cite anything I post and you people don't want to talk about anything other than a Palin gaff, what am I supposed to do?

I figured I would just reiterate the fact that Obama hasn't ever held a real job.
So US Senator isn't a real job?

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. didn't hold a job outside of academia either and lordy knows he couldn't relate to the average citizen.

No it's not. Most americans are not silver spoon politicians, most americans have held jobs outside academia.

Neat, that means he's spent his life dedicated to his community and country, rather than his own pocket. Smiley: thumbsup

LMAO...tell me did Obama donate all the proceeds from his book?

Doesn't negate the fact that Obama has never held a real job.

You can't get around the fact that he hasn't held a real job can you? He's merely the product of liberal academia.

No, I can't understand your very narrow definition of a 'real job.'

Redefining words in a pathetic attempt to "win" an "argument" doesn't make sense to you?

So you are punishing someone who, despite growing up in humble beginnings (silver spoon, my ***), was extremely successful at Harvard Law.He worked with two research groups studying international finance (helpful for understanding world markets) before working in a faith-based non-profit community based organization in a diverse working class neighborhood, requiring constant understanding of social policy at multiple levels. He worked registering voters and then lecturing on Constitutional law at law school before being employed at a firm that focused on community development and civil rights, while also becoming a state legislator.

He's had a pretty interesting set of qualifications. Many of them sound like real jobs. Btw, working in academia is a real job as well.

Also, Ronald Reagan was a B movie actor. He knew about America. Also, the Bushes were silver spoon Ivy League legacy students who eventually became wealthy in oil. They understand the average American worker.

Nah, Varrus has a set of encylcopedias that's taught him everything he needs to know, IIRC.

Don't need no teachers.
