But i still can't tell you the nuclear codes Smiley: bah Damn that offical secrets act! Still i'm no longer a member of the brutal admistration so Viva la revolution! or something.

Got a work placement next month so if that works out I should start work just as the Navy stop paying me, hows that for planning!

So what with a 6 figure bank balance, new career and a month off it's looking a damn sight better here than on Wall Street!

Grats on surviving the military! Glad things are looking so well for you.

Just... be gentle with your children if they just can't seem to get through their heads the many benefits of early rising, super-neatness, and punctuality, k? Smiley: grin

You Brittons have our backs and the rest of the world knows it, and that knowledge keeps the bad guys in check. I still thank you and I still wish you well.

Not counting my chickens but I'm hoping for low end management in the food retail area (TESCO's for those who know the UK marketplace) and general upward movement into mid level (I.e store management) in 5-10 years or so.

The wages on offer at the low end management are actually more than I am on now.

MotherfUcker would crash a 737 on your bus dude.

Pleased that you're pleased matelot-boi. Now you've left Her Britannic Majesty's Senior Service, the possibilites are endless. . .

You could take up philately, full-body-contact origami, swamp-walking, or even speling! Smiley: cool

Statistically, they are quite happy.

I love Montreal. I'd take my kids. Paris, not till they are older.

By the way, congrats Tarv. Good luck in the next phase of your life.

Classic fuckin' shadorelm post, one of the most distinguishing traits about Tarv, who has been a fairly regular poster in this forum for YEARS, is that he was an enlisted member on the H.M.S. Pinafore.

Shadorelm, your reading comprhension is on a planar level with G.W.B., going through a D.O.D. daily briefing or the Federal Reserve Board data on the P.P.I.

And Congrats Tarv on becoming a civilian!!!

Grats Tarv!

So did you really find pleasure, or search the world for treasure, and learn science technology? Did you begin to make your dreams all come true, on the land or on the sea, did you learn to fly, play in sports and skin dive, study oceanography, sign of for the big band or sit in the grandstand when your team and others meet?

Or was that all just misleading advertising?
