Mind reading: Obama's second thoughtsFollow

If you could read minds and looked into Obama's inner most thoughts, do you think he is regreting not having picked the Hellbeast as his veep? In light of the Palin choice and the ensuing excitement during and following the RNC, do you think he wishes he could go back and forestalled McCain's veep move by choosing a woman himself?

My belief is that even with the headaches of having a former prez kibitzing on the side, in retrospect the Black Neo would gladly differ any eventual conflicts between himself and the Clinton's later for the immediate benefit of gaining the White House now if he could.

Yeah, hindsight is 20/20 and all that, but go with it and humor me. Read Obama's mind and tell me what you see.

More second thoughts?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26615658/

The whole private fund raising thing is perhaps beginning to blow up in Obama's face. As the article put it, a staffer sent the Illinois members of its national finance committee a message, calling their recent efforts "extremely anemic."

Ouch.

Obama thinking to himself: "Hmmmmm. This presidential campaign thing is a whole lot harder than it's supposed to be! I thought rock stars got their money and their chicks for free?"

There's no quicker way to make money than to hint that you're not making money. Just ask Clinton.

Nope!

I was thinking about how I ought to get some doctor scholl's insoles for these shoes. Like, I've been thinking about it all morning. They're really uncomfortable.

Now I'm afraid I'e already used up too much lunch break to make it to the store and back. Pity.

To hell with Doctor Scholl's. Two words: heat moldable.

If anyone around here believes in unicorns, it's you. Blind faith and all that.

There are if you believe in them, Kaelesh!

And while you're at it, ask them if they can slow the recession.

I asked, they said to consult Starlite. I don't think it's a go. Smiley: frown

We'll see how great and "exciting" the Palin choice is when October 2nd has come and gone.

I'd rather they sped it up, at least it'll be over quicker.

Not I really care though, I've got no mortgage, no loans, no credit card, and I don't drive a car.

But, you know, for you guys.

Well I have mortgage, have loans that need to be repaid, and own a car. I guess I'm just screwed then.

p.s. We're not in a recession; economy grew at just over 3% last quarter.

Yeah who cares about the two abysmal quarters before that.

And the slight bump last quarter doesn't really mean much when most of the predictions are for a weak rest of the year.

You realize we actually have to be in a recession first right?

Now google what the word recession means.

I didn't say we were in a recession, numbnuts. I said "slow the recession", as in the one that is surely coming. Clearly, there's at least one child left behind in America.

I'm sure if you say it every day until it actually happens that will make you a prognosticator of prognosticators.

So, we both agree it's going to happen then? Great!

It's not too late for you to fix that.

Seriously? You're reduced to the "I'm rubber, you're glue" comeback?? I know you are, but what am I?

That was too easy.

No we agree that it 'can' happen. As of now there's no indication the economy is heading that way. If we didn't slip into a recession post katrina or 911 it's highly unlikely that we're going to be in one anytime soon.

Oh and once again you fail at basic reading comp.

Not really. You said "until it actually happens".

So there ya go.
