Canada wants you to vote for Obama!

Not at all, I'm just surprised that the numbers are skewed that much. 5 times more likely? I would have thought maybe 3 times.

Conservative in Canada is middle of the road. And really, it's only because the Liberals got caught in a massive scandal that they still haven't recovered from.

This. Conservatives would have a snow balls chance in hell up here if this hadn't happened.

Luckily we've had a minority government. So much better than a majority, Liberal, Conservative, or LOLNDP, in my opinion. Keeps everyone in check.

I don't profess to know anything close to enough about the politics in star wars to dare placing them on a ideological spectrum.

And as far as the NDP goes, I might have included them but the effect I was going for was comparing the american parties to their canadian counterparts, the NDP are so far left on a scale relative to north america that such a comparison would be moot. Suffice it to say they are in between Canadian Liberals and Socialism on that scale though
