Based on this alone, in their debate-- assuming she doesn't try to out-wonk Biden and he doesn't begin plagerizing FDR and no one realizes it --she could give him a run for his money seeing as he comes across as a cold fish on television.

the problem she cant over come is not really her lack of qualifications, but that the people passed over, even women, were significantly more qualified than she is. she will be seen as a political stunt as opposed to a serious effort to get the best person for the job.
in the end, the dems will be looking to have made a real effort to put together a highly capable teamm, the repubs will be looking like a magician pulling a smoke and mirrors trick to win an election.
in the end it will be substance vs insubstantial.
