Maybe McCain should have vetted PalinFollow

#152 Sep 03 2008 at 8:25 AM Rating: Decent
The way I look at it is that it is a good thing if both of them have had ties to groups that are fed up with Washington. The only way to really change that place is from the inside. I wish more radicals would go covert and get into the Federal Government and overthrow the current mentality from the inside. Maybe McCain did vet her and knew about it and wants to peacefully overthrow the regime from the inside. Perhaps McCain is the ultimate mole: Brainwashed by the Vietnamese while he was prisoner. He refused to come home when offered a chance and spent 5 extra years there. The Vietnamese always took the long view. This may be the fruition of a 30 year plan.

riverrun, past Eve and Adam’s, from swerve of shore to bend of bay, brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.

You know what I'm saying.

Another Democrat crying about a Republican not answering a purely biased attack by a liberal journalist.

Yeah, nothing says "attack" like "What does that mean?"

Savage!!!

If McCain is afraid, or more likely too fUCking petulant, to talk to Larry King then he is not the guy I want dealing with Putin, Sarkozy and Chavez.

I wish someone would ask Obama those exact same questions; won't happen.

You wish someone would ask Obama what the Governor of Alaska does? I think you're right, it won't happen. Also: No one will ask him which ******** Lance Armstrong lost.

Samy,

And you were supporting Mcain before this?

No, and in part because of his temper and his propensity for rash, impulsive decisions.

So, Palin is deserving of being President if/when McCain dies? What foreign policy experience does she have? Living in a state that's sorta close to Russia?

They have, probably 100 times. Difference between him and McCain, he just answers the question instead of crying like a coward. McCain's that kid in high school who did everything he could to be "different" regardless of how stupid it was. He puts more value on doing the unexpected than on doing what's right for America. He always has. How shocking to see an insecure closeted gay bottom come out of the GOP. Who could have guessed?

That's more than Obama can claim.

Yeah I mean living close to another country, but having no true foreign relations contacts with those people is much more of a claim than serving on the Senate's FOREIGN RELATIONS committee.

Not true. Obama's sort of close to Canada and Mexico, your two biggest trading partners, where relationships are in dire need of repair.

Really? When did she meet with Generals in Iraq and world leaders?

Oh...right.

Hahahahahahhaa, what an easy mark you are.

Yeah and his answers always include checking with his 100 advisors.

No, he just answers questions. McCain is the one who always has to check with his staff. Only the hard questions though, like how many houses he owns.

This is like shooting fish in a barrel...of the gun. I almost feel guilty.

Dear god, I HOPE the leader of the executive checks with 100 advisors before taking the most important decisions.

You actually think Obama met with world leaders; how cute.

And you actually think that being governor of a state that's sort of close to Russia gives you more foreign relations experience than someone who served on the Senate's foreign relations committee. That's even cuter; but hey you conservatives are all about cute these days; obviously cuteness is the #1 priority for them to believe you're qualified to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

Let me ask you this, knox, seriously. Do you believe that Sarah Palin is qualified to be President of the United States? I don't want a "more qualified than Obama" answer, I want a straight answer (with reasons) of why she's ready to be President.
