Is it really that hard to manage to link a webpage in 2008?

Link works now.

"Aug. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Hurricane Gustav is forecast to make landfall later today in Haiti and may strike U.S. Gulf of Mexico oil rigs and refineries by next week.

Gustav packed sustained winds of 90 miles (145 kilometers) per hour, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in an advisory just before 11 a.m. Miami time. The system, located about 50 miles south of the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince, was heading northwest at 9 mph. Crude oil rose more than $2 a barrel. "

I'm more concerned about the tornado that was spotted around here at 1:30 today.

The entire office was in a panic and we had a quickie email reminding us that we'd all need to cram into the training room if it was visible from the windows.

Tornados are scary.

I believe my response would be *********** that, if it's visable through the windows I'll be outside looking at it."

"Everyone crowd into the aboveground training room so when the roof is sucked off the building we can all die together! Whee!"

Well it's an obvious effort to keep people more productive and returning to work as quickly as possible. Could be worse, I guess, I've been ordered to work through bomb threats while people ran down the hall outside of my office door.

Good times, good times.

We never get tornadoes in this part of the state. Stupid valley. I miss flat middle TN. Lots of high winds and good times there. Smiley: thumbsup
