Yes, but there's a lot less o them than happy, productive employees when you treat them right.

Sued yes, settled no. Why? because we treated everyone fairly and were able to prove that we weren't at fault. You should try that out sometime.

White insurance man should have done a better job of documenting each and every issue with said Mexican manager so that it couldn't come back and bite him in the ***. Really, that's common knowledge amongst most successful businesses.

Let's assume you're right about south Texas being messed like that.

So one area of an entire country being f*cked up means we should carry what applies to that area and use it universally? White insurance man, you live in a very small world.

Not true. If you treat employees well they often take advantage of you. That's why you hire office managers to handle, be the d*ck to, the employees.

I know you don't care, but most type 1 managers don't perform well outside of a factory environment.

Not only do they not do well, they're actively counterproductive.

Hmmm wish I would have thought of that. Down in south texas little things like evidence don't matter. Simply look at the frivolous lawsuit rate of corpus if you don't believe me.

You know if you would spend less time relishing in how badly pooped on the rich white christian man is in respect to all the other privledged individuals of other race, religion, sex, etc, and rather focus on how necessary all peoples thoughts, ideas, needs and opinions are to this country you'd probably be happier, and nicer, and smarter, and more content. You'd definately have more friends.

(oh and QUIT listening to Rush Limbaugh - it's poison I tell ya!!)

The ignorant masses make me so sad:(

The fact is, they almost always concern you.

That right there is enough to swing my vote to Obama, if it were to be swung, but it's not.

It'll be awesome when the republicans try to keep convincing our debt ridden, recession era asses about how effective supply side economics is again.

OH YEAH, TRICKLE DOWN HAS REALLY WORKED! Smiley: rolleyes

Yes; because they tax the h*ll out of me so that bums who procreate without any foresight can be taken care of. That doesn't mean I have to like it or give a sh*t about the people who benefit from the govn's thievery.

Hon, I'd hate to burst your bubble but we're all beneficiaries of the government. If for nothing else, besides public schools, public health, public safety, etc. etc, we benefit from the infrastructure. It has been shown time and time again that the most controversial parts of the budget tend to be ones that are means tested. What you hate is that poor people get any help from the government and you try to create scenarios where they are disproportionately sinful and therefore deserving of their poverty. It's a story as old as time but really what it is is that you buy the easy morality that powerful people give you to maintain the status quo.

I don't think he's rich or pretending to be. If he were, I think he'd be protecting his interests. I think he's too stupid to realize he's being screwed by the right.

All the taxes you've paid in your entire lifetime would about cover two stop signs and 4 miles of public roads.

It'll be awesome when Democrats, and the media, stop parroting the lie that we're in a recession. I can promise you if Obama is elected we won't hear a peep about recession. Have you looked at the dollar lately?

Smiley: lolSmiley: lol So the gloominess and economic pessimism combined with increasing costs of living, a collapse of the housing market and a stagnant job market is just media propoganda? Oh Christ. Smiley: oyvey

You are in a recession. Everyone in the world is saying it, except for Republicans.

Thanks to govn funded programs like sallie mae

They're not. Republicans insisted they not actually be government agencies, so it works out that the government gets nothing when they make money, but takes YOUR money to compensate when they lose money.

Then again, they don't call it the "giant sucker Party" for nothing. They should 86 the elephant and go with a leech to communicate it more effectively.
