5.6 out of Chino Hills just now. Felt it down in San Diego. My kids are flipping out so I get to go check on them.

That was a very long one here in Ventura County. Long and rolling. We're fine.

Heh, I live in Ventura County as well. That would be wierd if we found out we were aquanted. I just felt a little bit of rolling from the earthquake. Didn't even upset my waterbottle.

And everyone is saying it's a 5.8. Hello.

Under 6 is nothing. A weekly occurrence that goes unnoticed if it doesn't happen in the US.

Pretty much what I told one of the sales chicks in the elevator. She was all focused on the DRAMA, the OMG, the THIS IS REALLY BAD.

I said, "Well, yeah, depending on where the epicenter was and how deep it was and what kind of fault it was there might have been a few broken windows."

Smiley: lol

Well, I could kill my boys. They scared the crap out of their sister, telling her that a tsunami was coming and she was going to drown. She was in tears when I got home to check on them.

And the only difference between the predictions and the event are 1 point on the richter scale.

Which would be close if it wasn't for that whole "factor of ten" thing.

Turn on MSNBC after the cable guy came to see why we didn't have picture for last few days. Old box was fired in storm. It's funny to see how they were going gaga over a minor quake. Course I only went through one quake of 6.2 back when i lived in Lemoore. Was half dress taking a nap and took time to put on pants, before I took the baby outside and watch the rest of the wives from out east go nuts.

Was near impossible to convince one wife from Tenn., that she needed to calm down and get off the phone, so to free up lines for those who needed to reach 911.

Sure, but do you honestly believe we could keep our relationship strictly "professional"? Smiley: sly

Not that I have any problem with "extra bonuses" on a contract. Smiley: grin
