Acually the price of oil has decreased since the day he announced it. This is fact.

The republicans are going to eat the dems up on this in the next 100 days. So much for all those new seats they were going to pick up this year. I would expect atleast a 60 seat loss in the house and 10 in the senate by the dems when all is said and done.

Rather than play the "Nuh uh/Uh huh!" game, do me a favor. Find me a nonpartisan financial/business publication which credits Bush with the drop in oil prices.

Aren't you the one blaming the economy on W? Is this where I say W's actions don't affect the economy at all.

You could argue that, actually. It's more a lack of regulatory enforcement at SEC that destroyed the economy. The idea that Bush even understands how the financial instruments involved work is laughable. (or McCain or O)
