Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal said Wednesday he does not want to be considered as vice president on the GOP ticket, making him among a growing number of those pulling themselves out of the race.
It's getting harder and harder to imagine a sitting GOP politician wanting to risk their career on such a losing proposition. The McCain campaign may be getting closer and closer to being cornered into picking up someone the candidate openly despises for the bottom of the ticket. I'd have to revise my Romney odds to closer to even money now.
The futures market has Romney at 37% likely, by far the highest, with Tim Pawlenty a fairly distant second.
