Last I knew Obama just preparing to go overseas. McCain still couldn't get his bus properly tuned, and sounded like the VW Bug that one of my friends back in college had.

I see a few new tropical lows got names and while Cristobal is going out to sea, I watch the edge of the system past over NE Maryland around 4am yesterday. Only a few people were stirring still, so I and a cat sat out under the bright wanning moon and enjoyed the early morning hours in my lounge chair. Just wish I had a Star chart along as I forgotten the names of many I knew and which planets were currently visible. Hate to get Jupiter and Saturn mixed up. Small Telescope would have been nice too. Though viewing would have not been great due to the moisture and low pressure system coming in. Then the best places to use a telescope tend to be rather cold at night.

Looking for some of the information I got over the weekend, I decided I going to check out Ervin Laszlo and his writings, before I dig into much more of this spiritually.

At least the Ascension book I got seems to show some level of scholarly work behind it. If not, I'm sure it will make good kindling, next time I go camping.

Well I only did non herbal journeying this weekend, and don't plan on using any of the bane plants that are used by trained shamans mention by Penczak in his books. I went to. Then also, I wouldn't be taking any medications I'm on, without talking to a doctor if I could help it and comfortably live without the depression and pain, I had for over 10 years now.

I learn years ago, how to get a spiritual high without the use of drugs. Far better high then I got back when i was smoking weed in the 70's and 80's. Seems there is even a name for it in meditation. Check out Ascension or Light work.
