Um, solar panels aren't even *new* technology by any stretch of the word. They are nearly as old as micro-chipped computers if not older. As a man in the computer business you should know computers have advanced every technology, including solar paneling.

Say what you will about solar paneling Gbaji, but I know for a fact that my folks in Minnesota (I'm not talking about sunny California here) get a paycheck from the power company thanks to their power output. They have 2 panels both about the size of a typical driveway.

Then again, I have my own energy plan that would cure any energy crisis in America damned near indefinitely.

This seems as good a place as any.

The town of Woking, (Britain) dropped it's utilities bills for all residents by 10%, while cutting it's greenhouse emissions from utilities by 70%, with off-the-shelf technology available now. It did this by using small, decentralised combined heat and power (CHP) generation stations and solar panels, and by one change to the building planning permission law.

The scheme was so successful that the city of London headhunted the engineer responsible, and is implementing it for itself. The London city council firmly aims to take twenty five percent of London’s energy supply off the grid and onto decentralised energy by 2025, and more than fifty percent by 2050.

Linky. It's long, but well worth viewing or reading.

As a man in the computer business

This is extraordinarily generous. Gbaji's in the "try not to be noticed working for a giant corporation so they don't realize your job is meaningless" business.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

In my narrow view of computers a guy working at the computer section at Best Buy is "in the computer business". Smiley: lol
