Start a journal. It helps get your thoughts and emotions in order and you can process your feelings. That works for me.

Take it one step at a time, and try not to think about it all at once, or else it'll overwhelm you.

Everything will hopefully be ok Smiley: frown

Physical violence helps. If you can, find a gym that has a boxing ring and give it a go. If you don't know what your doing your going to get your face handed to you at first, but oddly enough you won't mind the world so much when your done.

Focus on the present, think about what you really want, about who you really want to be, and make the changes necessary for it to happen. Don't have too high ambitions, or unrealistic expectations.

Failing that, get a girlfriend.

Failing that, move somwhere else.

Come to terms with the fact you can't fix everything, you wouldn't want to anyway the human body requires a certain level of stress to keep it in tip top working order.

Decide what is most important and remove whatever is getting in the way, be blunt, be brutal, be what ever you need to be, just get it done.

Or get drunk and call a pro.

I didn't expect sincere responses to a drunken ramble, but thanks.

We look after our own, ya know. Sometimes it's easier to open up when you've had a few drinks and the real feelings come out. It's in that time that friend's know you need them to step up and give heartfelt advice. I don't know what's going on but I hope you find your way.

Make a list of all the wrong things you have ever done to people and set about making it up to them one at a time. I would recommend bringing your sub intelligent brother along as extra comic relief. I would also consult with a local bartender/witness protection recipient for sage advice that may or may not involve turtles.
