I don't think so. He talks about sanctions, but I don't recall anything specifically about imports. Laughs are good for contestant rate-ups though.

Oh, well some reporter asked him if he was aware that even with the sanctions that the US had increased imports of consumer products into Iran or something of that nature. He then said something about cigarettes being the largest export and McCain responded like an *** with "well that's how we're killing them!" and then chuckled in his wheezy way. He's the dorkiest.
