I like the games; especially beating teams by 50 in front of a few thousand. By the time we were finished with teams that had your attitude they were through with sports altogether.
Oh I see. You are trying to make some kind of connection between people who like to play computer games and losers?

There isn't one. Correlation zilch.

There are more losers that don't play video games than there are losers that do.

I'll be honest, I have no idea how to respond to that. You got me.

Actually I was the second leading scorer on the team that was ranked 3rd in the state of Texas 4a. I think we lost a total of 4 games (2 of those in the playoffs) the my entire varsity career. Just like any other team that approaches their sport like a business we dominated teams that played "for fun."

Well, it's sad that you played not to enjoy what it was that you were doing, but to win.

Your life must be painfully depressing if you think anyone is going to be impressed by your mediocre achievements in high school athletics.

I was thinking of listing off what I did in High School, but remembered that first off, it was high school and and second, I live in the middle of nowhere. We're like Maine, not even worthy of a flyover.

Hard work and sacrifice pays off was the point of that high school flash back.

You're deluding yourself if you think being the second-leading scorer on the third best team in the small school division of Texas scholastic athletics fifteen years ago is a pay off.

We've been through this before, but I'll remind you that I am you, but better in literally every way. For instance I played on teams in two different sports that actually won state championships. My high school glories should illustrate that despite all your hard work and sacrifice, you will never be as awesome as me, a guy who counts MMOs amongst his hobbies.

I always enjoyed getting up at 3am to get to baseball practice on time. Practicing for three hours in the gymnasium before attending my full slate of classes.

I'd still do it, in fact, but the terms of my probation forbid me from setting foot on school grounds.

If it wasn't texas 4a or 5a it doesn't matter; or for that matter football or basketball. We didn't play for the championships we played for the crowd. And we packed them out. All that young p*ssy drooling over my every action on the court; I do miss those days lol.

They were Texans. They drool pretty much all the time.

Sadly enough, Roniath and I started up a guild before we quit, just for the bank space. Attrition or something like that. Anyone on is welcome to join me as I flip-flop between games, characters, and quests.
