I got to meet him today! Woo! He was doing a signing at Barnes & Noble at the mall in town, so we went down to get a shirt and book autographed. I had to buy something from the store to get in line, which sucked, so I bought UFC 80. The line moved pretty quick and even though the store told everyone like 10 times that he wasn't personalizing any autographs or posing for pics, BJ did his own thing and had one of his guys go through the line and write names on post-its to make it faster. He looked up for shots with a shaka really quick.

He was a really cool guy, he offered his hand and when I told him sorry for not having a BJ Penn shirt, he said it was ok and when he saw it he was like, "Hey, FBI!" (From Big Island) I told him good luck on his next fight and he said thanks and thanks for coming. Overall very fun experience!

If BJ would get his sh*t together he could be the best, but then I wouldn't get to enjoy seeing him lose as often as he does, lol.
Grats Pikko on getting to meet him.)).

Nice! He always did seem to be one of the more friendly MMA guys out there, so I'm not surprised that he did his own thing on this one.

I don't know who he is either, but I did go to watch UFC at the o2 arena a couple of weeks ago.

The end fight was disastrous :S

My brother is more into that than I am, and I bet he would know this guys win-loss ratio hehe...

He was explaining to me all the guys as they came, who he thought would win and why.

He is a stats freak 0o

I think Pikko is telling me to "call her sometime" in the first picture. I hate to break it to you, Piks, but the Missus has first dibs on me. Call Smash. I heard he's available.

I am envious that you got to meet him. For me it would only get better if Joe Lauzon was there too.

Lol, BJ took a page out of the Captain Falcon book and smashed him with the "Bionic Knee from Hell."

I'm waiting to see the reverse hate crime about to happen this Saturday when Rampage kicks Forest's face in.

I am rooting for Forrest, since I still have not forgotten his incredible fight against Stephan Bonnar in TUF 1. That was freaking amazing.

No, just stop it, Pikko. I am not calling you. I am a happily married man. Just stop stalking me, ok?
