For a pixie, Kucinich has great big balls.

Depressing though, reading what has transpired in the past eight years.

It sure takes big balls to threaten impeachment 7 months before he's out of office anyways.

Articles. Awesome.

If Dennis promises that Bush will be burnt at the stake like Joan, in the middle of Times Square, I'll forgive the fact that the guy is a loony ******** and wants so bad to be a sheep in wolves clothing.

It's not the first time he tries to impeach someone in the Administration. In April '07, he tried to impeach Cheney, and in October of the same year he called for Bush's impeachement. Both moves were seen largely as political, since he was running to be the democratic Presidential nominee. I'm guessing this time around he waited until the nominee was apparent so his move wouldn't be seen as a political one, even though it has no hope.

As for Kucinich himself, he's out there, an avowed pacifist who repeatedly asks for the establishment of a Department of Peace and Nonviolence, but that's what his constituents love about him. If you ever get a chance, read through some of his speeches. They're all this nuanced and moving. He's a liberal's liberal---his great flaw is that he's a gnome. That, and his wife is a dirty hippie.

Bush, Mugabe, Blair etc....

Democrats voted to send it to committee to not look like aggressors, republicans voted not to send it to committee to separate themselves from a remarkably unpopular president.

Pussies.

its pointless. by the time the first round of hearings started, he wouldnt be president any more. would be a HUGE waste of tax payer money and an even bigger waste of time for congress.

toss in he will surely get the complementary presidential pardon when the new cheif steps in, they couldnt even sanction his pay benifits.

if Obama has any balls at all, he wont pardon bush when he takes office. let the man spend the rest of his life in and out of court rooms and lawyers offices. but he doesnt. so he wont. and all the bad things authorized in this addministraition, illegal or not, will go unpunnished.

thats justice american style.

Since when was a waste of tax payer moneys or (waste of) time in congress a factor in politics?

And yes, I'm aware that they have been factors before-- but not in this administration.

I think congress is practiced enough in wasting their own time.
