Where's our Friday thread? That it, now I'm just not going to tell you.

I've been up playing poker all night, so my plans for Friday are drooling through coma-like sleep, 10 cups of coffee at 4pm then expressing sad disdain when Nexa insists she has to sleep at 11.

Ok, fine, I know you're all just on the edge of your seat waiting to hear about my exciting plans.

Tonight: Ex husband is coming over for dinner and possibly a movie or something.
Tomorrow: Supposed to rain, so I'll probably go shopping, do laundry, all the indoor stuff.
Sunday: It's supposed to be hot (for here) and sunny...so I'll probably walk down to the lake with the baby and go swimming/have a picnic. It should be a fairly relaxing sort of weekend!

Next weekend is gonna be super fun cause the Roo and I have fun Boston plans.

It's Friday! Use your sexual prowess to show her why she should stay up all night with you. Slacker.

This is, perhaps, not obvious much of the time, but we live 250 miles apart. I'm good and all, but not that good.

I wish I was sleeping in.

Pool this morning, beers with DSD this afternoon (maybe), fish and chips and chillaxin' with Mr. T this evening.

Yard work, car repairs and movie with the kids on Saturday.

House cleaning and hanging out on Sunday. Mr. T is gone again on business this week so back to being a single mommy. Yay.

I'm always down for beers Smiley: cool
Beers with Kelly this afternoon if shes up for it and the kids kill each other. There is some HOme Depot workshop for kids tomorrow so I think I'm going to let Zavi play with some power tools. I'll post a follow up thread after we return from the ER. Other than that I'll be getting the house tidied and stuff packed for our trip to Myrtle beach Monday. And raiding at night. Half the guild got their mythicals last night and we're going to try and finish up the zone for everyone else tonight.

Since I managed to get the lawn mowed last night...I guess I'd best shampoo the living room rug this weekend. It's starting to feel like I'm just walking on a pure bed of crushed goldfish crackers and animal crackers.

I got a migraine last night. First one in about 8 months. Hurt like hell. now I just feel like i've been ran over. The Ergotamine afteraffects are almost worse than the migraine.

I intend to do as little as possible for as long as possible, i shall blame it on the Cricket.

Unfortunately life dictates that i won't get what i intend as wee need shopping and the lawn is laughing at me.

I should get some WoW time in and the Euro Champs start tomorrow which should be interesting.

Friday ate out and watched Indiana Jones, Saturday drop off my car for repairs, breakfast as a family and then maybe a haircut and pedicure for me, followed by more family time.

Joph and I have to drop off Jr. at his mother's this weekend, and I'm kind of depressed about it. Smiley: frown

Oh, he's happy enough about it. The kid's pretty equable, considering. I give Joph a lot of credit for that.

His grandmother was in town from England a few months ago and since she was essentially the caretaker back when she lived here and he hadn't seen anyone from there since the 2 years Grandma moved, we went out of our way to make sure he saw her by hauling *** to IN on a Friday and driving her to Chicago so they could spend what amounted to 80% of a day together before her flight left from O'Hare.

When we went to pick grandma up, it was at her house, and she seemed to take an interest, to the point where she presented him with a huge Easter basket and stuffed frog and asked him to hug her goodbye. She then emailed asking about taking him for the summer, and, after much juggling and the usual rigamarole on her part, we're dropping him off and she's supposed to bring him back.

So in short, I'm not sure. Seeing her son tall and funny and knowing she wouldn't have to change diapers? Hearing how well he's doing here from her mother? I've given up trying to make sense of her. I hope his going is for the best and she'll wake up to what she's missing out on, but odds amongst both the families point towards it lasting maybe a month before she makes up some excuse to pawn him off.
