A look at our forecast for the next ten days. I love the fact that next Friday is when it starts to cool down and will drop to a freezing 89 degrees Smiley: lol How's your weather shaping up this week? Anyone else living in bikinis and sunscreen?

We're having August weather in June. Low-mid 90's here all week. I'm going to spend the entire weekend in the lake.

yeah there is a big fair going on at the state fairgrounds nearby, and I dabbled with the thought of taking the kids. Then I checked the weather forecast and decided being outside all day when its 100+ is probably not a good idea. Poor DH is going to have to miss out on the BBQ fest Smiley: laugh

Ugh, that's too hot.

Mid 60s - low 70s here for the next week at least. We are lookin' at early drought conditions, though.

Mid to upper 90s here. Almost (sorry to disappoint) had a heat stroke the other day when I was running.

I've been in a bikini for weeks now. Mid 80's to low 90's coming up, then starts the dreaded real summer.

It was drizzling and yucky for the beginning of thi sweek. It cleared up and now is in the high 70s, breezy and sunshine. Perfect weather for the Del Mar Fair.

We're bracing for the same ****; after thunderstorms with red and green lightning last night.

Time to finally plug the A/Cs into the windows.

80's and rainy. Good garden weather. Well, provided your garden is already planted.

Coolish, low 60's, and overcast in New England. Good drive-way paving weather.

Well great, now I don't have to go to weather.com anymore. I can just come here and get random pointless weather updates from all over the country...

It looks like this weekend is shaping up to be perfect swim-o-thon weather. I'll also have to help paint the house... but we're going to move with the shade, and we have a pool to cool off in! So, it should be all good. :D

Well your post had a point at least. But after that it was like talking to my grandparents...90% of their conversations are about weather.

if you're tired of hearing about the weather from your grandparents try to spice it up. Ask them about their sex life. That will either shut them up completely or you will realize how nice hearing about the weather really is. Its a win/win situation.

I protest.
My post pointed out my witnessing of multi-colored lighting and and my sheer laziness at not having installed my A/C unit yet.

I love driving the West Side highway in the warm season.

Weather here is going to be maybe 10 degrees below DSD's, which is still pretty bad. Low to mid-nineties starting this weekend with random thunderstorms.

Send some of that warmth Oregon way. It still feels like October here. I desperately want to be able to take Tristan to the park in the afternoons, but it's been too rainy most days or overcast and just chilly enough (mid 50s) to make being outdoors for too long not terribly comfortable.

It was in the 50s all last week, so my hospital turned off the A/C units because people were getting sick and complaining, so this week it's muggy and hellish because the 100+ yr-old building we're in largely cools through radiant heat and it's well... not so effective. One of our engineers, a truly hardworking decent fellow, was telling me and two of my staff about it yesterday when I blurted out without thinking that whenever I saw him and his tattoos, it made me want to yell "THUNDERCATS..... HOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The conversation pretty much died after that.
