Man, I love the guy and all that, but he's just got to be doing more harm than good at this point.

Quote:
Clinton also said Chelsea was deeply upset by her mother's disappointing third-place finish in Iowa in January.

"It all changed after Iowa," he said. "She realized her mother lost Iowa 100 percent because of younger voters. She was upset, bawled, went to her employer and said, 'Look, you got to let me go or give me an indefinite leave of absence. I'm not letting my mother go down like this.' "

Does that make *anyone* like anybody in that family anymore because of this. That Chelsea had a temper tantrum because her mother wasn't winning and then bailed out on her job to go beg for votes? I know I'm not impartial here or anything, but I find the whole thing entirely bleh...certainly not a selling point. He should have kept news of her hissy fit to himself.

It's not as though Mlle Clinton couldn't find a new job if she bailed on her current one.

It's just the ****** spoiled entitled thing that gets me. Yeah, I know she's richer than hell, can do whatever she wants, has famous and powerful parents...I just don't need to hear about how she ran crying to her boss because her mom wasn't doing as well as she liked in the election and demanded a leave of absense to go demand votes!

I used to like Chelsea ok...but she comes off as very meh in this whole campaigning thing. I'm sick to death of her "My mom is so great and such a great mom and my mom will be a great mom president mom, mommy, mommmmmmmmm" emails.

How much of this is to counter the "I have better things to do than make cookies" remark Hillary made while Bill was running/in office that turned her into the Antichrist for homemakers across the country, I wonder.

She was upset, bawled, went to her employer and said, 'Look, my mom is running for President. I love my mom. If my mom was running this place, my mom would let me take a leave of absence to go work for my mom. What? My mom can buy and sell you. My mom will have you killed. My mom told me to tell you that. M is for the mustache she bleaches every day. Y is for the yellow pantsuit that tested well on TV so she bought fifty. M is for Machiavelli, where she gets her political theory. O if form Oprah, that dirty traitor *****. and M is for Money, which my mom needs to pimp me out to raise. MY MOM! ' "

Right.

Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Chelsea is my age.

The last time I bawled like a baby over something, it was when my mom was murdered.

Then again, my mom's favorite saying was, "I'd rather be right than President." It seems Hillary's is, "I'd rather be wrong and President too."

weird, my mom's is "I'd rather be alive than right." Huh.

Serisouly, though, what were the circumstances of your mom being killed? That's got to be traumatic as hell.

I've not seen this whiney side to her as she gets any little coverage over here.

I'm confident her appointment as a consultant with McKinsey was more about their profile than her ability, but I have to say she's an impressive manager and made older more experienced consultants look a bit crap.

My sister has religious fanaticism schizophrenia. She befriended a guy at the mental hospital that had paranoid schizophrenia. Turned out he was also a convicted ex-con and a VIOLENT paranoid schizophrenic. And he couldn't afford his medication.

We're lucky he didn't get my sister too. He's now in jail for 150 years.

Are you adopted? Maybe you get it from your dad.

Chelsea's young, and apparently inherited the family intelligence, charisma, ambition, and unfortunately, inability to lose gracefully.

In other news, Spike TV did a poll where 68% of viewers said Jenna Bush was more doable than Chelsea. See? Those Pubbies make better presidents and hittable daughters. Vote McCain in November unless you plan on never goin' back. Darker berries, sweeter juice and all that...
