It feels like a swamp around here and we can expect more rain and thunderstorms maybe this evening.

Doesn't help that I'm rushing around getting ready to head to the hospital to be with Jonwin when they cut him open and take out the gall stone. Calls to make for him and I haven't had a bit to eat yet.

At least my daughter can drive Jonwin's mom's car and drop me off. Not sure if Jonwin will be coming home today or not.

Oh, I haven't seen our 19 year old cat since last night and the front door was open from when one of other cats push her way back in. I pray Mask is just hiding again and didn't spend night out in the rain.

I'm sorry about Mask. *hugs* Hope you meet her at the Rainbow Bridge.

Can't complain about the weather on my end. It's been gorgeous.

Edit: Hope things go well with Jonwin's surgery and he's up and around soon!

Thanks everyone for the condolences. Mask been in pain for awhile, and last few days we knew she wouldn't be with us much longer. It just hurt having to tell Jonwin right before he went in to have the gall stone removed.

I just got to my daughter, after spending time with Jonwin as he was in recovery. Still not sure when he will be coming home. Since he can't have any thing to eat and drink until 6pm and then only liquids, I figure I go home for awhile and avoid him being grouchy.

Jonwin had Mask since she was a kitten. By the time I came around, she had max her hide in shadows skill. You could go for month at a time without seeing her. Jonwin just made sure she had food and water and clean up after her, since she wasn't always able to hobble to the litter boxes we had about the house.

We most likely have a small service for her later, to make sure she ends up on the Emerald Green.

Im out of the hospital. The proceedure yesterday was a waste, as it seems I already had passed the gallstone. Better safe then sorry. They wanted to take out my gall bladder as well but I simply told them I cant afford the cost of the surgery, nor the days off in recovery. Though in talking to my boss I just found out he got me a pay raise so I am earning a bit more money.

I had mask as a newborn from a friend. She was siamese in coloring with darker brown fur at her face and nose. She became shy of me as a kitten when for 3 nights in a row she jumped on the bed and landed on the most sensitive part of my anatomy and I picked her up and tossed her off the bed. Every time she became my faction improved again with her it seemed to be just in time for a trip to the Vets. Your faction coulnd t get any worse.

Since January she had been much more open in coming around me and the cat Tony. I was able to give her some nice petting on Friday night.
She was buried just now in the back yard along with two previous cats.

Your right about the flowers, but my yard tends to wild weeds. Most appropriate for my Mask.

Since Mask is bury near the right of way, for the Power line, daffodil's would be safer from BG&E's chain saws.

My Mask faction was always low, but I was able to pick her up on Saturday without her complaining.

Now I need to make sure Jonwin get enough rest. I should see what he want to have for dinner, since he just started back on solid foods today.
