But then I still need something to do to keep my mind occupied and I dont know what the hell I was thinking, but I decided to really get into excersising. I'm hitting the gym as often as I can, killing myself for an hour each time doing cardio, weights, etc. Despite stretching, using the hot tub and sauna after, and downing tylenol, I still wake up the next day in pain. And yet Im back out there the following day.

So not smoking and a lot of excersise, all at once. I need one more thing to complete the masochistic trifecta. Any suggestions?
