Due to recent user feedback, we've decided to implement several changes in the forum system. To start, we've decided that the color codeing (scholar, Sage, Guru) system is unfair to colorblind users. In order to comply with ADA section 508, we will be tying the star system to user karma directly. The Color system will instead be used for a "mood ring" style selectable color system. Premium members will be able to set not only their own colors, but the colors of non premium users.
Next, We will be bringing back the LG tags for all users. But only in http://www.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=lg
Finally, we are altering the karma system to add a bit of a randomness to the formula. The new karma system is based on user ratings, but includes a weighting component based off Post length, and certain keywords. For example, posts containing the word "eels" will drop .042 per usage, based on quantity. I don't want to spoil the suprise, so we'll let you figure out the changes on your own. That portion of the system is active as of now.
